Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business weeks after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days within the European Union.

During peak periods or for made-to-order products, shipping times may be slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all European countries, UK, USA, Canada and Australia. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

Import Duties and Taxes

Shipments outside of the European Union may incur additional import duties or taxes. Any such Import duties or taxes is not included in the shipment cost and will be the responsibility of the customer/importer.

Delivery & Handling

We ship using carriers specialized in handling bulky and fragile goods, to ensure the highest level of protection for your solar panels during transit.

All shipments are insured against damage during delivery. We kindly ask you to check the package upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
