Custom Rooftop Solar Design
Challenge
The owner wanted to add solar power to the vehicle without drilling the roof or affecting the manufacturer's warranty.
The challenge was to maximise the available roof area while respecting existing roof openings and maintaining a clean, integrated appearance.
Solution
Levante developed a fully customised solar layout tailored to the geometry of the vehicle roof.
The design maximised the available surface while preserving roof functionality and maintaining a clean aesthetic. The solar layout was divided into two independent sections to improve reliability and simplify future maintenance or replacement.

Result
A custom solar concept that demonstrates how solar panels can be integrated into a vehicle roof while preserving functionality, aesthetics and manufacturer requirements.
The design maximises the available solar surface and provides sufficient energy for everyday off-grid loads such as laptops, phones and small appliances.
