Warranty

Legal guarantee. All products sold to consumers are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Directive (EU) 2019/771). Our warranty below is in addition to these rights and does not limit them.

Levante warranty against manufacturing defects

• Photovoltaic panels – 5 years: CarbonFlex, CarbonCore and custom panels, including factory-assembled cables and connectors.
• Levante accessories – 2 years: mounting systems, bimini kits, latches, bags and other Levante accessories.
• Third-party products (such as VOLTAB, MPPT charge controllers and batteries): covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We will help you with the claim.

The warranty starts from the date of sale and covers defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is defective, we will repair it, replace it or refund it. It is valid worldwide, wherever your boat or vehicle takes you, and transfers to a new owner.

Good to know

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not power output or the natural loss of performance over time. The photovoltaic cells are designed for 25 years of service life: this is a product characteristic, not a warranty period. Custom panels are covered according to the design approved in your project proposal. We do not provide a commercial warranty on installation work.

Not covered

Improper installation or use, failure to follow our instructions (including cutting, drilling or bending flexible panels beyond a 1,000 mm radius), unauthorised repairs, lightning, surges, flood, fire and other events outside our control, use outside −40 °C/+85 °C, normal wear and tear, purely cosmetic changes, labour and installation costs.

How to claim

Email hello@levante.eco with your order number, panel serial number (if applicable), a description and photos. Please wait for our written authorisation before returning any product.
