What’s inside the box?
In the box you’ll get the solar panel and the cables to connect. Solar charge controller and batteries are not included.
How does the panel work?
The panel has a deployable design. It can be folded when you travel and you can unfold it when you need maximum power. You don’t need a wide surface to install the panel, you can install it anywhere you want on a small surface.
Are batteries included?
No. In the future they will be available for purchase.
Is a solar charge controller included?
No. In the near future it will be available for purchase.
Can I put multiple solar panels together?
Yes, you can put as many solar panels by Levante together as you want. You cannot do that with solar panels from other manufacturers.
Does it resist wind?
Yes, it is designed to resist wind up to 30 knots.
Is it waterproof?
Yes.
How do I install the solar panel? Do I need assistance?
You can install it independently using our guide provided in the purchase – without any technical assistance. You can also install it anywhere you want and take it with you when needed elsewhere – e.g. attaching it to the solar charge controller of your boat or vehicle.

You can install it anywhere you want and take it with you when you need to use it in another place. You can install it on your boat, on your vehicle and attach it to the battery.
What are the solar panels made from?
They’re made from monocrystalline silicon which is more efficient than polycrystalline.
How should I use the solar panels?
Get the most solar power by facing your panel perpendicular to the sun without obstructions like shadow in between. Solar panels are most effective when the sun is high in the sky.
Is it compatible with other solar charge controllers and power stations?
Yes, it is. That said, we do recommend checking the tech specifications of the solar charge controller and power bank to ensure they are compatible with the power output of our solar panels. Some devices may not be compatible with high power outputs (>400W) when our solar panel offers 500W.
Is the solar panel compatible with those from other manufacturers?
How many solar panels do I need?
We suggest making a list of all the appliances and devices you plan on running.
How long do solar panels last?
Solar panels typically have a performance warranty of 25 years. The loss of performance is typically 1% per year. After five years, panels should still output at least 95% of the rated power, after 10 years they should output 90%, and after 25 years 80%.

When is the product ready for shipment?
Once we have collected the orders we will produce the limited edition. We will keep you posted on product development and delivery. Shipment in 4 months from the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once the product is shipped, we will keep you posted on the delivery date with a tracking number.
How much is shipping?
The shipping costs will be calculated at the moment of shipment based on your address. We can ship worldwide and we are trying to collect all the orders in order to optimize the shipping costs.

How does payment work?
Payment can be made by credit card and PayPal that guarantees the highest security of your data according to the international security standard.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Does the product have a guarantee?
Yes, the product has a 24 month guarantee.
How do I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order and get a 100% refund. If you have a problem with your order, get in touch at hello@levante.eco within 14 days mentioning your order number and you’ll receive all the help you need.
